An exhibition of new mezzotints and etchings by Fleur Williams.

While the etchings of artist Fleur Williams are a celebration of the ordinary, the suburban and the domestic, her images are anything but ordinary. Shaped plates of familiar objects are composed around a sensitively observed mezzotint still life study. Williams draws inspiration from the beauty found in the cosy domestic world and familiar chores. Her works revel in spending time at home on the weekend tending ones ‘own patch’, getting the chores done, all while the cat lounges around!
