Margaret Silverwood is an artist and writer who has produced a series of line etchings and drawings looking at the complex relationship between humans and the rest of nature. A graduate of the Quay School of Arts at Whanganui UCOL, Silverwood continues to write and produce her keenly observed drawings from her base in Whanganui.

Silverwood has exhibited throughout New Zealand and will premier a new series of work in November 2009 at Solander.
