Lynn Taylor on artist residency in Newfoundland

Lynn Taylor has been awarded a residency for March through The Craft Council of Newfoundland & Labrador. Based in the William Coaker Heritage Museum Print Studio, which previously printed the Fisherman’s Advocate newspapers, in Port Union, Newfoundland; Lynn will be working on historical/nautical aspects, specifically researching the connections between islands so far apart, but which have many similarities. Alongside researching and creating prints the residency requires community outreaches and these include an artist presentation and printmaking workshops.
