Inge Doesburg

Inge is frequently drawn to remote, weather beaten locations and her works evoke the drama of being in the midst as weather descends. Many of the artist’s pieces include an ethereal light or a symbol in gold leaf which is a recurring motif – used by Doesburg to signify eternity, hope and flight.

Inge Doesburg has exhibited widely in solo and group shows since 1991, in New Zealand as well as Japan, Australia and Germany.
